Conversations about consent and boundaries don’t have to be overwhelming—they can be empowering, liberating, and even healing.
This workshop is designed for anyone who deeply cares about the safety of children and wants to move beyond fear-based approaches and into practical, research-backed strategies that foster respect, bodily autonomy, and open communication.
Together, we’ll unpack age-appropriate sexual development, break down harmful intergenerational patterns, and learn how to safeguard children without placing the responsibility on them. Through interactive discussions, reflection exercises, and real-world tools, you’ll leave feeling more equipped to navigate these crucial conversations with confidence and care.
Who is this workshop for: parents, future parents, caregivers, educators, childcare professionals, family and friends who have children in their lives, and anyone working with children professionally.
100% of the proceeds from this workshop will benefit Self-Reclaimed, a Chicago-based nonprofit dedicated to healing and cultural change in the fight against sexual assault and domestic violence, in honor of April’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM).
